★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天經由兄弟推薦，今日來朝聖看看號稱台南最棒東山鴨頭這一的味道！
不油、味道不知道是不是油尚未入味，感覺有些清淡，整體來說落在70-80分，下次會挑開門一陣子後再來買，看看味道差異。
給四顆星是因為服務真的很好，非常客氣～
 Yesterday, I was recommended by my brothers. Today, I came on a pilgrimage to see the taste of the best Dongshan duck head in Tainan!
No oil and taste. I don’t know if the oil has not yet tasted. It feels a bit light. Overall, it falls at 70-80 points. Next time, I will open the door for a while and buy it again to see the difference in taste.
I gave four stars because the service is really good and very polite~

真的覺得好笑這跟你有中餐證照有關係嗎
有證照不代表會煮菜或很懂有汽車駕照不代表會開車好嗎？
不懂不要裝懂 去買一把四季豆把籽挖出來炸

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前吃過一次覺得味道非常好吃，今天約晚上10點去買，吃到一半時突然發現，竟然有兩隻炸了酥脆的蛆粘在鴨皮上面，當下差點吐出來！我要崩潰了!!!
還有我食品科的也有中餐證照，不用跟我說這是米血的米粒或是其他什麼豆子，本人眼睛還沒瞎，蛆就是蛆！身體的環狀紋和一個口器毋庸置疑。我原本很喜歡這間的口味，更無需抹黑造謠，公開評論只是要店家好好的去檢討衛生，不論是環境造成還是原物料來源。吃的東西竟然能長蛆這已經很嚴重的衛生問題了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆、老闆娘人不錯，當我要求不炸直接切，他們還勸至少鴨肝要炸，但我堅持不用，所以評論皆以不油炸的口感：
跟文南路的東山鴨頭比較不甜，
鵪鶉蛋較入味，鴨肝偏硬，小豆乾雖也緊實但偏軟且也有入味，鴨腱頭也有入味不會太難咀嚼，胡椒粉味道雖普通但有微微的辣。
推薦小豆乾、鵪鶉蛋、鴨腱頭
