鳥蛋跟杏鮑菇有滷過，但對我來說還是比較喜歡鹽水原味就好！
雞肉雞心部分偏乾，應該是真的凍太久所以咬久了會有一點點怪味～

Bird eggs and king oyster mushrooms have been brined, but for me, I still prefer the original flavor of brine!
The chicken heart part is dry, it should be really frozen for too long, so it will have a little strange taste after biting for a long time~
