★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大學時期第一次吃過胡椒餅（饒河夜市），在富有嚼勁的餅皮內那微妙調味的豬肉內餡，胡椒餅成為我喜愛的點心之一。回到台南之後，因為住的附近沒賣的關係，就很少吃胡椒餅，今天經過鄭記胡椒餅附近，特別停下買來嘗鮮加回味，口味真的很不錯，有嚼勁的外皮加上微微辣的內餡，是另一家讓我回味的胡椒餅啊。
The first time I ate pepper cakes (Raohe Night Market) when I was in college, with the subtly seasoned pork filling inside the chewy crust, pepper cakes became one of my favorite snacks. After returning to Tainan, I seldom eat pepper cakes because there is no sales near where I live. Today, I passed by Zhengji pepper cakes, and I stopped to buy them to taste the freshness and aftertaste. The taste is really good, with a chewy outer skin The slightly spicy stuffing on top is another pepper cake that makes me aftertaste.
