我從不吃生食,這是第一次嘗試,因為師傅的專業態度講解和刀功,我竟然一個又一個的嘗試,只能說這...美味料理讓我讚嘆連連,喜愛日本料理真的可以去試看看;師傅很樂意分享所學,也讓我們不只嚐到美味,也學習到日料精神;會想再去???

雖然我不是部落客⋯但我非常喜歡和大家分享「在歲月長廊中淬煉下仍堅持著、認真的看待每一件小事所完成的美好事物」這樣的執著是值得讓更多人看到。
「匠人精神」確實無法像美侖美奐的硬體裝飾和高級器皿引人注目。半年速成的技術或許也能獲得口味讚許;但相比十年下匠人精神的堅持,堅持著繁複的工序、季節時令下的食材挑選及口味層次的堆疊表現,著實應該獲得更崇高的敬重。但如果您也是喜歡用心感受生活的小細節,歡迎您到「徹壽司?」希望您也可以放慢生活節奏用身心體驗箇中精神~
