還有住著讓人瞠目結舌的管委會成員，沒能力解決住戶反映的問題，倒是搞小動作的能力不同凡響。
最重要的是這裡的管理員只能聽從管委會的規範，住戶反映的問題得看管委會的心情來決定處理與否。
硬件問題不少，管理人員問題不斷，半年左右時間就走了兩個管理經理。
想投資、自住者，請慎重考慮。

The most important thing is that the administrators here can only follow the regulations of the management committee, and the problems reported by the residents depend on the mood of the management committee to decide whether to deal with it.
There were a lot of hardware problems, and the management staff continued to have problems. Two management managers were gone in about half a year.
Those who want to invest or live for themselves, please consider carefully.
