吃過台南10幾間牛肉湯,文章卻一直遲遲未訪,一來是每次經過人都很多,二來覺得是光觀客的店口味應該還好,某天經過發現開了東寧店,感覺店內空間很大,乾淨明亮,而且剛好人不多的時段就進去試試,結果真的也太好吃了,牛腩切盤處理得很軟爛,幾乎入口即化,牛肉湯也有前段班的水準,因為是新開的,廁所也非常乾淨,空間寬敞,這間可以列入再訪名單

招牌牛肉湯(小)$110: 湯頭非常清甜不油膩,沒有肉渣很乾淨,鹹度剛好不過鹹,牛肉片雖然薄但即使是小碗量也是給滿多,大碗的肉量就不用多說了,且肉質滿嫩,整體個人很喜歡。
招牌牛肉湯(大)$160
苦瓜牛肉(大)$200: 苦瓜算苦,點辣味也滿辣的但不至於吃不了,調味的很剛好,剛上菜時香氣十足,牛肉肉質也很不錯,比較厚一點點,滿嫩的,搭配的青蔥也很清脆,不會炒過老。
芥蘭牛肉(小)$140: 芥蘭很新鮮,快炒類都很香,這道也超推,清脆有味,每次來必點,只是剛好今天賣完了沒能吃到QQ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/05/14 微雨的夜晚,逛完南紡夢時代走路過來,原本在安平的知名牛肉湯也來市區開幕了,踏進店中,明亮又寬敞的用餐區,有別於擁擠的傳統小吃,超過20幾桌不怕在外面等候。點了160元招牌牛肉湯(大)、30元牛肉臊飯、200元滑蛋牛肉、140元芥蘭牛肉(小),牛肉湯熱呼呼喝相當潤喉滋肺,帶一股藥膳味,溫體牛片狀有韌性筋度,有點類似松阪豬的口感,是好咬的;由於生肉片涮過,湯體溶出的血帶點微鐵味,不影響美味度。每碗可續一次湯,續的湯口感就比較純味好喝。熟食的芥蘭牛肉比湯裡的還嫩,芥蘭比想像中細嫩,不會粗苦。滑蛋牛肉只能點大盤的,滑順還可以。牛肉臊飯肥瘦肉混雜,拌飯入味,不會太油膩。酌料區有豆瓣醬、醬油膏、洋蔥末醬油、薑絲、醋、還有酒可以加。假日營業時間從中午12點到凌晨2點,宵夜可以去吃。
