以前還是爸爸煎的時候鍋貼底部很脆，恰恰的非常好吃?而且是整片都是脆脆的！
現在換二代接手後就沒有這樣的底部了好可惜?（如圖）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是一個中部人，來台南住了5年，第一次吃到能我驚艷的南部鍋貼店，這裡的鍋貼?與平時大家常吃的八方雲集或四海遊龍不同，屬傳統的做法，餡料紮實、皮是比較厚實的有嚼勁，剛出爐時外皮會微脆，內陷會有一點點的湯汁，很容易一口接一口的吃下去。
1、招牌鍋貼?
這裡的鍋貼搭配店內提供的辣油與醬汁，色香味俱全真的很好吃，最好是在熱熱的時候就吃完，放到冷掉會有點膩。
2、玉米濃湯?
傳統的台式玉米濃湯，沒有什麼特色。
3、豆漿?
這裡的豆漿喝起來算是濃郁，有點太甜。

The potstickers here are different from the Bafangji or Sihaiyoulong that everyone usually eats. It’s a traditional way of filling. The skin is firm, thick and chewy. The skin will be slightly crisp when it is first baked, and there will be a little bit of soup inside, which is easy to eat one bite after another.
1. Signature Pot Stickers?
The potstickers here are really delicious with the spicy oil and sauce provided in the store. They are delicious in color and fragrance. It is best to eat them when they are hot, and it will be a bit greasy when they are cold.
2. Corn soup ?
The traditional Taiwanese corn soup has no special features.
3. Soy milk?
The soy milk here tastes rich, a bit too sweet.
