電視只有4、5台 台視中視那種可以看
裡面很小 但是很貴...短租也沒機車位可停～
我們還沒搬走 就直接用鑰匙開門給別人看 事後才知道
不推薦 認真的

徒步就有全聯、郵局ATM、7-11、飲料店跟一些餐館，也有人代收包裹
住了很多年，基本上沒發生過什麼大問題
你如果不是學生的話，我十分推薦
The sound insulation is very good, I have hardly heard the voice of the neighbors, there will be no hot water in winter, and there are indoor parking spaces.
On foot, there are Quanlian, post office ATM, 7-11, beverage shops and some restaurants, and some people collect parcels.
After living for many years, basically no major problems occurred

缺點：單人房房間很小，不到5坪，卻要價5500！還必須整年繳清才有這個「優惠」；若短租三個月則是6000！電費1度6元超貴！搬走時還要收清潔費500！附近有成大醫院，車流量大，救護車聲音很吵！
房東是一位林姓中年婦女，自稱成大老師，卻說不出是在哪個系所任教，查詢成大各系所網頁，卻找不到這個人。

缺點是隔音非常差！非常差！！ 有人開門關門洗衣服走路都可以聽的一清二楚
然後一樓停車場超多死蟑螂躺在地上
但都都會有清潔阿姨定時掃地
