另外一位楊文富副院長根本就不是醫師，
說是副院長誤導別人以為他是醫師，
幫人看診做檢測還開處方，
結果被發現了問他，他才說"喔，我從頭到尾都沒有自稱我是醫師啊！"
那請問不是醫師，你憑什麼幫人看診？
