★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很少苛責辛苦的餐飲業，但是我在越南工作過，這家真的一點也不道地。法國麵包帶筋難咬、內餡少，沒味道。炸春捲皮厚餡少、醬汁死鹹，真的不好吃，我直接丟掉。甜粽尚可，粽葉裡面卻有頭髮。這一顆星是給服務態度的。
It's rare to criticize the hard-working restaurant industry, but I've worked in Vietnam and it's really not good at all. French bread with ribs is hard to bite, with little filling and no taste. The fried spring rolls had thick skin and little filling, and the sauce was dead salty. It was really not tasty, so I just threw it away. Sweet rice dumplings are acceptable, but there are hairs in the leaves. This star is for service attitude.

整體味道很不錯，
吃起來酸酸甜甜辣辣的(可不加辣)，
青木瓜絲的水份濕潤了部分的法國麵包，
一口咬下去從外層較韌到內部柔軟的麵包，
非常的順口。
內餡有小黃瓜.紅蘿蔔.青木瓜絲.花生.豆包，
吃起來非常清爽不膩。
期待下次去品嚐店裡的其他品項！

Fa Cai Che from Zhonghua Road is a fan of this vegetarian Vietnamese bread.
Lettuce + pickled root vegetables, topped with a special Vietnamese sauce. Refreshing and delicious!
The salty porridge only available every Thursday is also highly recommended?
