請旅行社包自由行含小巴，司機大哥的吃住都沒負責，第二天住的地方是司機跟我們確認才發現旅行社給錯民宿地址。而且完全沒有和我們確認行程，倒致行程有問題但求助旅行社卻冷處理、求助無門。申請團體安心旅遊補助後，在出發前2天突然說不能申請，不排除旅行社自己把團體安心補助吞掉了。
建議大家還是找大旅行社，免的一肚子氣。

The next day, the driver confirmed with us that the travel agency gave the wrong address. Moreover, I did not confirm the itinerary with us at all, and there was a problem with the itinerary. After applying for the group peace of mind travel subsidy, I suddenly said that I couldn't apply for it 2 days before the departure, which does not rule out that the travel agency swallowed the group peace of mind subsidy.
I suggest that you still find a big travel agency to avoid getting angry.
