★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炒飯を中心とし、その他、鍋焼や炒麺、炒め物があるお店。15種類ほどある炒飯メニューのなかから、他の市内炒飯店で見覚えのない塩豬肉炒飯を外帶しました。
言ったら、豚肉を塩炒めした炒飯で、メニュー聞く限りは塩辛いのかなという先入観をもちながら購入したのですが、食べたら別にそんなことはなく、むしろ味付け程よく、ご飯のパラパラ感も相まって美味しかったです。ただ、明らかに他店に比べて量が少ないというデメリットはありはするものの、同じ通りにある炒飯先生よりは、こちらの方がやや美味しく感じました。
店頭メニュー表を使って厨房前で注文、料金は先払いでも後払いでも可。
