不過蠻香的，
肉燥是有紅蔥頭的味道，
滷蛋也有點鹹，
豬耳朵新鮮但沒特色，
燙青菜淋上店家的肉燥和一些蒜泥，
稍微冷掉後也是有點鹹，
餛飩全肉的鮮肉餛飩，
店家自制的麻辣醬很香，
是會願意再回訪的店

初麵館能讓我一個禮拜來吃四餐都不嫌遠，就知道他們的味道有多棒。
超推肉燥乾意麵，滷味也是極品。
辣椒醬常常缺貨，如果有機會買，不要猶豫，趕快買回家。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noodles and dumplings are descent, fairly basic noodle shop with an updated interior. The main gripe is that it’s next to the train tracks and parking is almost impossible.
