在網上下標前，已經確認商品庫存為1組，並且購買同款型商品1組，下單後卻說沒庫存，又私自取消訂單，加上信用卡作業時間，造成消費者困擾。
主因發生在貴公司，不承認自己的錯誤，不覺可恥嗎？
你們承認錯誤並補償消費者，不是能將服務做得完善，只是推卸責任有義意嗎？

The main reason happened in your company, don't you feel ashamed if you don't admit your mistakes?
You admit mistakes and compensate consumers, isn't it meaningful to improve the service and just shirk responsibility?
