The proprietress alone is responsible for collecting money and cooking, but she takes the money directly with her hands and then makes the toast. The only thing in the middle is to see her hand squeeze the rag on the table. I think this hygiene standard is really bad.

I recommend the vegetable omelet that I must order. The proprietress is afraid that the vegetables will not be cooked for a longer time, but it will not affect the taste. The moist and not dry crust is fried to the surface and it is super delicious.
