在這邊買了一副耳機 還沒試完全部功能 員工便叫我簽確認產品交付時沒問題的文件 測試到耳機無法切換下一首時 說我使用的是YouTube music 所以無法使用此功能 叫我使用其他的音樂串流平台 我還再三與其確認是否因使用的音樂平台不同而造成功能差異 並且得到“是”的答覆 但我發現其實在Samsung的穿戴裝置APP設定就可以了 訓練還沒有做好可以請其他員工來協助解決 但不要對顧客隨便唬爛一個理由

3/3買了新手機,回家發現附的充電線壞掉,3/4拿回去換,測試後“確定”線壞掉了,就叫我去2樓用保固換,到2樓只有4人,硬是等了快30分鐘,換到我後再測試一次,再次“確定”線壞了,又叫我回一樓,耍人嗎?然後解釋一大堆我已經知道的事,說因使用過保固換線,之後14天手機壞掉就不能再換,我都說知道了!最後還說要我把手機留下檢查2小時!到底有什麼病?從頭到尾都是充電線壞掉,檢查手機幹什麼?我就問如果手機檢查後壞掉刮傷資料遺失是否給我換新機?在那邊不會啦,哪有這麼嚴重,就是不肯正面回答我,不給換就直接講明,為了幾百元的線浪費我一個多小時,想要換線還要再留手機2小時?真是好服務,值得一顆星!? PS. 真是懷念東寧店,好太多了

以下純屬我和內人兩個人的感受,上週四至該館領取線上商城購買的S22 Ultra,一進門女店員一如往常上前詢問需要什麼協助,說明要領取商城訂購的手機後,在「門口」被要求出示證件,接著店員把證件拿到後面庫房核對後將紙箱領出來,請我們在「門口」確認無誤,引導我們進到後方櫃台旁的桌子上驗證新機有無瑕疵,全程大家都站著…可能是不需要太久時間吧,確認新機無誤後,店員準備要送客了,我們表明有勾選線上協助資料轉移的服務,店員表示:喔~因此我們看不到,順帶一提,服務的口吻相當地平淡且陌生;直到詢問手機殼後似乎態度有稍微轉換一些…我看到的問題有以下幾個: 1.雖然我很少逛手機的體驗館,但三星的服務刷新了我的三觀,記得我去○腦繳手機費時,店員都直接請我坐下。 2.資料轉移的服務勾選後,現場服務人員看不到的狀況之下,到底該如何提供服務,這就留三星去煩惱吧! P.S.剛才聊到的原廠手機殼(花了新臺幣1090元)雖然在現場檢查並無瑕疵,但在週六(購買後使用了第3天)發現背面有出現像水泡般的表層剝落(手機背殼和邊框軟質的交界處&相機周圍),所以週日又出發去了一趟,這次服務的男店員感覺得出來正常地熱絡,雖然表明在售出前檢查無誤後,是沒有辦法提供換貨的,但我仍然想抱怨我買的「這1個」原廠手機殼的品質真的讓人無法恭維,以下附圖(使用了第5天的狀況)提供大家參考,也許我真的買到了機殼王…

三星體驗館-台南南紡 本人手機S21上個月 因為個人因素,話筒壞掉 講電話對方都聽不到 問了其他三星門市,說要寄回去公司修理,約一個禮拜,我心想,為免也太久了吧~我沒備用機啊~ 聽了朋友說南紡有間三星有維修服務 我今天立刻馬上中午出發到現場 我跟服務人員說我話筒壞掉 服務人員說現場有材料可以立刻更換 但是要排隊,因為前面還有物件維修 我說,好沒關係,只要當天能好就OK 於是乎我離開門市三小時後,就接到通知,手機已經維修完畢,我五點到門市,手機就好啦~???開心 當天可以好就是解決了我一個大大的問題了,而且送公司維修還有幫我做防水處理,真是太讚了? #以後維修直接送過來就好 #維修

Staffs are kind. Phones are sublime. Samsung s21, tab s7+; these people let me tinker and experiment and learn more about all these amazing Samsung creations. One adorable and attractive female staff in particular, whom I fell in love with, but never had the guts to talk to, is quick to service and extremely kind and helpful in explaining and guiding, accompanying any unsuspecting curious customers who came in. Little did they know the marvel of technology would soon blow their minds as soon as they stepped on the floor mat in front of the automated door beside the automatic 75% ethanol solution dispenser. Anyway, that friendly female staff is called 劉華葦. I like her a lot!
