★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 抽維修單號等待，等了80分鐘，一直叫取件單號，詢問工作人員是否已無維修服務，回答還有，結果又連續叫了兩個取件單號，就是不叫維修單號。然後工作人員表示等待客人有點多，我也是等待客人，為什麼只叫取件不叫維修???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下午14:30左右將面板破裂的平板送修，服務人員專業親切，還借了一台備用機給我。週日案件比較多，本來預計週一才能拿回，出乎意料之外，不到17:00工程師就通知換好面板，同時免費換了電池，測試沒有問題（詢問之下才知道換面板會免費換電池）。服務好/效率高/價錢公道，個人覺得非常滿意，因此不吝給高評價讚揚!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 座落在夢時代區域的三星旗艦店，今前往2樓抽號等待維修服務。由於整棟樓新設計非常明亮也寬敞舒適。輪到我反映問題需處理時，工程維修人員沒有推托、不悅的態度，這是貴店的口碑，幫我將新舊機以托盤放好，有說明並處理好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Samsung showroom and service center i have ever witnessed, its like a Porsche business building with all white in color, huge space to hang out with Samsung techies and ask them doubts, as a foreigner, I had no problem at all because there was one who could speak English both in the Samsung shop as well as in the Samsung service center, these Taiwanese are born with patience I guess, I went to fix my moisture detection in my s21 ultra, Mr LIN I guess, he have me a replacement phone and also waited for me to transfer all my data from my phone to the spare phone, the spare phone was pretty new and also works really great, hope they fix my phone and I start loving Samsung again ?
