★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來台南南紡大戶屋，整體體驗還不錯，居然能點到類似紅燒的龍膽石斑，在份量跟味道上都不錯
This is the first time I came to Tainan Nanfang Dahuhu. The overall experience is not bad. I can actually order gentian groupa similar to braised gentian, which is good in terms of weight and taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大戶屋的料理在各分店的品質都相當穩定，米飯煮的如同日本料理店一般好吃，環境也很舒適。
餐點價格約350元起跳（需加一成服務費），定食還有白飯跟味增湯免費續碗。可惜的是，可能是因為假日來客數較多的關係，提醒店員要續高麗菜絲時，也等候較久。店員在收拾餐具時，可能因為外場人力不足，不小心打破了碗盤。
值得一提的是，目前有雙人套餐的活動，899元有一份前菜、2份主餐、2份甜點跟2杯飲料，份量相當足夠，建議跟家人分食較好。

高麗菜絲有點硬像在吃草，完全不想續
續茶不太熱，看來大茶杯保溫效果不優

3塊唐揚雞＆炸南瓜（圖片還以為是炸豬排勒）
雞肉很嫩但果粉不優，炸南瓜不錯吃
*雞排醬蓋飯＆木盒蕎麥麵$310
雞肉嫩外皮酥脆，小缺點是粉太多影響到吃肉的口感（感覺肉被稀釋掉），蕎麥麵像在吃冰麵不是冷麵，不知道是不是直接冰箱拿出來，口感偏硬沒彈性跟嚼勁
總結肉質口感不錯，但醬都太鹹了（醃蘿蔔也是），沾醬後再喝味增湯，湯都變淡了，

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位在南紡購物中心B1邊角，再睡五分鐘飲料店鋪對面。週六晚上用餐時間，兩個人候位時間大約10分鐘左右。牛肉套餐與菜單照片上的份量明顯有落差，覺得cp值偏低。但整體服務態度與速度還不錯。
It is located at the corner of B1 of Nanfang Shopping Center, opposite to the beverage shop after sleeping for five minutes. On a Saturday night meal time, the waiting time for two people is about 10 minutes. The beef set meal is obviously different from the weight in the menu photo, and I feel that the cp value is low. But the overall service attitude and speed is not bad.
