缺點為無定期檢查，有跟皮膚科合作可以拍照拿藥，復健一週兩次。
復健車為免費使用項目，廁所大，有無障礙跟普通之別。
陽台寬敞可以當避難區域，坐南朝北空氣流通佳。
電梯特別調整緩慢，幫助老人在樓梯上下樓避免過多震。
陽台為曬衣場，但如果有突如其來火災有門檻，且大多收容臥床及行動不方便老人，此點要特別重視。
 The nurses are in three shifts, and the ratio of caregivers is 8 to 1 during the day and 3 to 1 at night.
The disadvantage is that there is no regular check-ups. If you cooperate with a dermatologist, you can take pictures and get medicine, and rehabilitate twice a week.
Rehabilitation vehicles are free to use. The toilets are large and barrier-free.
The balcony is spacious and can be used as a refuge area, and the air circulation is good when sitting south and north.
The elevator is particularly slow to adjust, helping the elderly to avoid excessive shocks up and down the stairs.
The balcony is a clothes drying area, but if there is a sudden fire, there are thresholds, and most of them accommodate bedridden and inconvenient elderly people, this should be paid special attention to.
