一上桌一定要先喝第一口湯！
第一口最甜 之後慢慢牛肉味會溶進去 最後一口端起來喝掉整個都牛肉味??
湯頭好喝！
但聽老闆娘說當天的牛好像比較大隻 不但牛腩燉很久 不知道是不是大牛的關係肉質不太好咬 牛肝也稍老?

The soup is delicious!
But I heard from the proprietress that the cow that day seemed to be bigger. Not only was the beef brisket stewed for a long time, but I don’t know if it was because of the big cow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the beef soup (牛肉湯) and braised pork on rice (滷肉飯) for breakfast. Got the smallest portion and it was the perfect amount to kick off a day of sight-seeing around Tainan :) ! Very yummy food and highly recommended if you are staying around the East District during your stay. Most of the other places that serve the famous beef soup are concentrated around Anping District where the queues are insanely long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beef soup is a famous traditional breakfast in Tainan. They use vegetable broth here which gives the soup a refreshing favor. Definitely the best way to start a day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap. Their beef comes very early in the morning before they open so it's really fresh. This results to a sweeter taste in the soup. Amount of beef is a bit lacking. Pork rice is good but common. Perfect breakfast to start your winter day.
