開戶至今快一年了，營業員完全沒跟我聯繫過(雖然應該是不用，但看到同事的營業員都會跟他分享資訊，覺得很羨慕)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去開戶證券部跟營業員的服務態度都不錯，只有開銀行帳戶坐在最裡面戴著眼鏡又微胖的那位小姐服務態度不敢讓人恭維，問第二次就臭臉，口氣極差，看來應該還是要去別間開戶

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有些人態度差、專業知識明顯比客戶不足，想接大戶操作大筆金額，要多增加一下基本的專業知識及現行新的商品知識喔(貴公司都沒在進修提升的嗎？)，妳要有本事幫客戶賺錢，那至少態度差人家還不會計較，(呼~還好現在資訊發達可以自己下單操作，不然光口頭上跟妳一來一往都不知道損失多少了)
