三種炒飯都吃過了,個人偏好: 蝦仁>=麻油>蕃茄。
蕃茄炒飯比較像蛋包飯中的飯,就是蕃茄醬的調味,可能小朋友會比較愛,對我則不是首選

跟著網友點炒飯,打算依序一樣一樣吃過。真的好吃,有點胡椒味感,鹹度剛好。(可惜老闆抽菸時雖然有避免 但還是有一點點煙味 還好店內環境沒殘留味道)

豬心切太薄不推,麻油湯不推。
2019/9/1再訪,還是好好吃。
Love the shop, it is a must-eat when you come back to Tainan. We recommend fried rice, fried pork liver with sesame oil, and dry fried eel.
The pig heart is too thin to be pushed, and the sesame oil soup is not pushed.

小而美店家,價位不算低,鱔魚約7到8片,麵份量剛好,似乎不是一鍋麵熱好再加鱔魚的。
鱔魚有Q略脆,一兩片微微弱了點沒Q,意麵Q也有吸到爆炒香味,口味甜不會生甜,大於酸味,兩者又能和諧搭配,但屬口味較夠,有大量蒜丁間有洋蔥,會讓人一口接一口,不同於X福,X信加四季豆增加色彩,老闆炒工到位,而且上桌時整盤呈現圓杓狀,可以看出麵有一同下鍋炒跟收汁,吸附爆炒香味,鍋氣這次沒有明顯嚐出,或許太享受蒜頭與甜酸味了。
在重要路口,停車非常不容易。

Amazing fried eel pasta. I like to eat without hooks, you can come and eat, it's super delicious. Full of aroma, but not salty. Fried rice with tomato shredded pork and shrimp is delicious. Both models have high CP value.

2. 鱔魚羹意麵意外的不那麼甜,加上2匙辣粉,帶點微微辣,加上鍋邊氣,還不錯吃。當然乾炒鱔魚更好吃。
3. 番茄肉絲蝦仁炒飯是我踩點的目標,很茄汁,但鹽分布不均超級鹹,也沒粒粒分明,有點可惜。
4. 豬心湯切得超薄,再厚個2公分,更有口感;豬肝湯很鮮嫩;麻油炒腰子我不敢吃,沒評;乾炒花枝新鮮好吃,就是切的比較大塊。
