保養廠接待技師專業態度和善 親切力十足 是可以給到五顆星 來保養廠也很多次 我們有許多問題都有幫我們解答 就算問題很多還是很耐心解答 而且技術也比另一間經銷商好太多 . 這次車子要維修一週左右 也有先跟保養廠講好會把舊車停放 昨日晚上就先把舊車開過去停放 想說早上把車開過去修後至少還有一台車可以先代步去上班 等我們車子弄完之後準備回家開車 展間出來一位年約五十以上的女業務 跟我們口氣很差說 “先生我們這裡不是停車場,停那麼久,還有其他人當這裡是停車場我很難跟別人解釋” 為什麼不是先詢問你同事狀況是怎麼回事 而是先指責客戶??? 可能沒業績氣出在我們身上吧 對待客戶這種語氣態度怎麼還敢奢望別人去找你買車 車子就莫名其妙被撞壞要修心情就很差了 請幾個小時的假去修車就還要趕上班 聽到指責的跟我們講話 連道歉不好意思都沒有真的很氣
