看網路推薦超高cp生魚片 慕名而來 沒想到得到這樣的用餐體驗 店員感覺愛理不理 生魚片難吃 口感像是冷凍 鮮蚵雖然便宜 味道非常不新鮮 懶人蝦 視覺上滿分 口味⋯從來沒吃過沒有味道的蝦 串烤只有培根番茄好吃些 其他都冷冷的 沒什麼食材味道 蒜頭雞湯 雞肉味道怪怪的?

不推... 優點:IG評價很好 缺點: 1.衛生問題 自助區餐具沒洗乾淨,筷子、杯子、醬料碟都是髒的(是有殘留食物渣的那種) 2.熟食不熱 單點烤蚵仔跟蛤蜊101塔,服務員說現烤的,但上來都是冷的 3.食材新鮮度 我們點鮭魚生魚片是冷凍的,不是新鮮的,跟網路上網美po的差很多(我們沒拍到) 4.食材份量 非常少,吳郭魚跟玻璃杯差不多大 5.價格 很貴,照片中的櫛瓜一份$99,吳郭魚$280,蛤蜊塔40顆$250,其他沒拍到 這次總共消費$1900,六個大人吃完還是很餓,建議肚子不太餓的朋友再前往用餐

Freshness of ingredients The salmon sashimi we ordered is frozen, not fresh, which is much worse than the one from the online beauty po (we didn't take a picture) 4. The amount of ingredients Very few, tilapia is about the size of a glass 5. Price Very expensive, one of the squash in the photo is $99, the tilapia is $280, and 40 clam towers are $250. Others have not been photographed. This time the total consumption is $1900. The six adults are still very hungry after eating. It is recommended that friends who are not too hungry go to eat again.

座位區不算太多,總共兩層樓,二樓只要多一點人在走路,或是走路大力一點就可以明顯感受到地板在晃動 而且座位烤爐上方沒有抽風裝置,一進店面(一樓)就可以感受到非常濃厚的炭烤油煙,二樓也僅僅是有再開窗避免室內一氧化碳濃度超標 烤爐的炭灰會一直亂飛、讓座位區滿滿的炭灰 150元烤蛤蠣和鮮蚵吃到飽補材料的速度不算太慢,但是二樓只有一個服務員比較忙碌,需要特別提醒才會補食材 但食材很新鮮,可以明顯看到蛤蠣是活跳跳的、鮮蚵也可沒有不新鮮的臭味 打卡會送鮮蝦手捲-手捲中規中矩還不錯吃 焗烤馬鈴薯、烤節瓜、烤玉米筍也都中規中矩 30隻懶人蝦-調好味才上桌,對個人而言調味比較重一點、蝦肉稍乾,但如果再放在烤爐重新加熱味道會比較好一點 河豚皮-有點不知道在吃什麼…很難咀嚼 烤吳郭魚的表現就還不錯,魚肉很新鮮 如果是為了吃大量的蛤蠣和蚵仔可以來嘗試看看,畢竟沒有限時間所以可以吃到開心為止,但如果是只想單點其他菜品就沒那麼推薦 整體而言不算太糟,但會很希望店家改善排風的情況會比較好

本次消費 鮭魚生魚片(30) 河豚皮 螃蟹(半斤) 牛肋條串 酒蒸蛤蜊湯 一夜干 先說環境吧,一般這種鄰近馬路,菜品比較多湯水醬料的店桌面地板都比較容易不乾淨,通常在這種店對環境也會比較包容,但是這間店連櫃內的醬料盤都多有髒污就比較難接受了。 再來出餐時間挺久的,一度懷疑店家是不是忘記我們這桌了,以上兩點讓我在上菜前就對這間店先扣了好幾分分。 菜品的部分,生魚片就是一般有提供生魚片吃到飽餐廳的等級,品質與價錢相符。 河豚皮則是自己比較孤陋寡聞,因為在其他地方很少看到這道菜所以決定點來嚐鮮。上菜後就明白為什麼別的地方看不到這道菜了。河豚皮口感很脆,但是完全沒有味道,不沾醬就像在嚼粗橡皮筋。 螃蟹半斤依大小三到六隻,這次上5隻。 料理方式是清蒸,照片上可能看不太出來,螃蟹從小依序排到大,最小的整隻含腳、螯大概就剛好是兩隻手指的大小和寬度,最大隻的也就半個手掌(不含手指)這麽大,因為實在是太小,加上又是清蒸料理,整盤螃蟹可以說是完全吃不到任何蟹肉,點了一盤空虛。 牛肋條串味道比較普通,酒蒸蛤蜊湯份量足夠 四人共享,但有些蛤蜊沙沒有吐乾淨。一夜干魚體偏小,烤功也不優秀,僅僅是不難吃而已。 總之吃完之後非常失望,是多次來台南追逐美食的路上第一家感到不滿意的餐飲店。
