★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以感受到蘭斯老師在工作的時候是在跟個案的身體「互動」，他會很認真觀察他介入時個案身體的反應，並且做出相應的處理。技巧跟用心程度真的都非常厲害！
我雖然只有機會去一次，感覺筋膜還沒有真的恢復到足夠健康，但我去之前右髖一直很不舒服（主要是來自打羽球），最近突然想到好像好一陣子沒有那麼不舒服了！之前是真的連續不舒服好幾個月的那種！
可惜我是台北人，以後去台南一定要再找老師報到！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 至從開始健身後，我有有自己拍照檢視身體的習慣，直到某次受傷後，肌肉失衡的狀況一直無法處理，且爾後一直都是同一個地方受傷，我只能不斷的尋找放鬆按摩，但效果都是非常短暫的，以致我開始自學放鬆自救XDDD
在這次非常偶然的機會下找到蘭斯，經過他細心的評估，還有非常完整的調整後，原本感受度非常低的肌肉，突然找回了控制感，離開工作室只有舒服二字可言，回家馬上迎來非常睏的睡意(可能真的太舒服了)。
非常感謝蘭斯的幫忙，也非常推薦還在觀望的人，不是只有運動的人需要，平常肩頸痠痛，腰痛，長時間辦公等狀況的人，也絕對需要，再次感謝蘭斯。
