★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡是自己固定會來吃的幾間臭豆腐店家，每次來除了必點的大份臭豆腐以外，還要再來碗豆腐湯+泡麵。
臭豆腐外酥內軟，上頭挖個洞，塞入泡菜和辣醬，整塊送入嘴中，才能讓湯汁完整不流失。
豆腐湯有分養生和麻辣兩種，老闆娘說麻辣是另外加，湯底都一樣，味道非常地清甜，裡頭的蘿蔔吸滿湯汁，非常好吃。湯底裡頭可以看到像番茄，茭白筍等大量蔬菜食材在裡頭熬煮，整碗喝完也不會口乾舌燥，非常推薦。
 Here are a few stinky tofu restaurants that I regularly come to eat. In addition to the must-order large portion of stinky tofu, I also have a bowl of tofu soup + instant noodles.
The stinky tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, dig a hole in the top, stuff it with kimchi and hot sauce, and put the whole piece into the mouth, so that the soup is not lost.
There are two kinds of tofu soup: healthy and spicy. The lady boss said that the spicy is extra, the soup base is the same, the taste is very sweet, and the radish inside is full of soup, which is very delicious. In the soup base, you can see a lot of vegetable ingredients such as tomatoes, water bamboo shoots, etc. are boiled in it, and you will not feel dry after drinking the whole bowl. It is highly recommended.

I really wanted to eat stinky tofu, and I searched for a long time. When I saw that there was no rest, I stopped to eat! After I'm full of the soup, it's not very crispy, but it's delicious~ The price is not expensive, and it's good to relieve your cravings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste good but there's no much tables nor air conditioning. It takes quite a while to wait for the dishes. The tofu isn't smelly enough but crispy outside tender inside. It's a popular one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best stinky tofu I have had. Not too oily. Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside. Wonderfully balanced with a generous side helping of pickled cabbage. Garlic and chili are optional but recommended!
