★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比起其永康，金華跟台南分行，東台南算蠻奇怪的。
大廳那麼大，自動提款機區那麼小又窄。4台機器，一台故障，一台不供鈔。補摺機又卡在牆角。令人 匪夷所思。
 Compared to its Yongkang, Jinhua and Tainan branches, East Tainan is quite strange.
The lobby is so big and the ATM area is so small and narrow. Of the 4 machines, one failed and one did not supply money. The make-up machine stuck in the corner again. It's incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年假後開工第一天人很多但是處理的速度真的很快，所有的人員面露笑容依序的處理事情，都沒休息，很敬業，我覺得服務很好。
On the first day after the annual leave, there were a lot of people, but the processing speed was really fast. All the staff handled things in order with smiles on their faces, and they were very dedicated. I think the service was very good.

Waiting for more than an hour, just to open an account~ A bunch of staff, those who do things are always rookies! Someone pressed the number and kept swiping the phone with his head down - very inefficient! Hope the supervisor can improve! Mr. Guard has a good attitude~
