住東區都不知中華電信在仁和路設直營服務中心。上週接到詐騙電話,謹慎處理,特至直營服務中心詢問相關問題,承辦小姐非常親切,耐心查核,尊重客戶,讓人好放心。

人員的專業度不夠 而且 會辦業務的工作人員只有一個 另外有兩三個都不知道在搞什麼的 根本沒有在辦任何業務只有收費打單 半個業務 都要等好久好久好久面短一點的都等不到
