★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我想詢問一下老闆，你們真的有維修我的磅秤嗎？因為無法開機所以送去貴公司維修，連同線一起送去，結果店員說不需要把線給她。三小時後說好了（但沒有提前電話詢問是否要維修）之後去取說是換了電路板和開關，並且收了維修費700元。當日回家測試發現仍然無法開機。再送一次說，老闆立馬測試我的線，說是線壞掉，老闆還很好心的換了一條線給我。事後回想這一切。。。會不會從頭到尾就是我的線壞掉而已，你們根本沒有維修磅秤？需要老闆給個維修影片、說法。內心有點憤憤難平。

Because it couldn't be turned on, I sent it to your company for repair, and sent it along with the cable, but the clerk said that I don't need to give her the cable. After three hours, it was agreed (but I didn't call in advance to ask if I wanted to repair it), and then I went to pick it up and said that the circuit board and switch had been replaced, and a repair fee of 700 yuan was charged. I went home and tested it that day and found that it still couldn't boot. I sent it again and said that the boss immediately tested my cable and said that the cable was broken. The boss also kindly changed it for me. Thinking back on it all in hindsight. . . Could it be that my line just broke from start to finish and you didn't repair the scale at all? Need the boss to give a maintenance video, statement. A little indignant inside.
