厲王文安宮之建至緣起可追溯至民國元年間經地方信眾由厲王廟分靈立祠堂並至金門進香堂號為厲王敬和堂，凡信眾扣禱無不感應，由是香火鼎盛日勝一日，經信眾倡議遷建廟宇，於民國73年間蒙五府千歲扶駕擇地選定現址，並由信眾眾鳩資建造，完成於民國75年9月間安座大典，並於民國79年農曆11月17日祈安建醮落成。

The origin of Li Wang Wen'an Palace can be traced back to the first year of the Republic of China. It was divided by the local worshippers from the Li Wang Temple to the spiritual ancestral hall and to Jinmen Jin Xiang Tang. On the initiative of the believers, the temple was relocated. In the 73rd year of the Republic of China, the Mongolian Five-year-old Chitose chose to choose the current site, and it was constructed by the believers. On the 17th, Jian An Jian was completed.
