Highly recommend their handmade noodles and various soup noodles. Family owned business with roots in juang-tzun culture (Chinese communities who set up shop in Taiwan in the 50s). Chive pancakes and pancake noodles seemed good too but already sold out!
 The health soup is very delicious. The boss is handsome and the boss is beautiful and cute. It is a Tainan military village flavor worth supporting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外省口味的麵食館，老闆是陝西人，這裡也有賣炒餅，有牛肉和豬肉口味，口感屬於比較偏紮實的傳統麵條，入口能感受到Q勁，和隔壁的炒餅各有千秋，但這家的配料比較豐盛，而且價錢也便宜很多，還有邵子麵也很好吃，濃濃的肉燥香，麵條比較滑順，小孩子對邵子麵的接受度比炒餅高。另外還推薦軟骨湯，小孩吃喝了直呼真好喝。
門口還有另外一攤賣燒餅、蔥油餅和煎餅的攤位，價錢便宜實在、用料紮實，可以點餐後送到店裡面享用。
