20200401今天打電話去客服反映書籍錯誤問題,是朱先生接的,態度非常糟糕,還很強勢硬要打斷我的說話,過程中我跟他說你是客服要冷靜不要那麼強勢,他還反要我冷靜,真是有夠傻眼,頻頻打斷我的說話,fb訊息就是一直跳針,這種這麼不在乎讀者反映的客服部門應該主管要換人了,一開始接電話的客服人員態度冷淡一副事不關己的樣子,真是很難想像一家有名氣的公司的客服部門竟是這種水準!!

1. 客服人員服務態度有夠差,一副不關自己的事一樣 講話沒聽清楚,請客服人員再說一遍,居然笑出聲,請問好笑的點是? 2. 出貨速度慢到爆,訂了書過了一個多月都還沒送齊,第一次送來的時候說因為書缺貨,1/31會再寄出,結果到了2/13都沒收到,打去問才說書還沒貨,那請問說1/31出貨是想表示什麼? 3. 書出貨有問題,都不會先告知,都讓訂購者乾等,用訊息詢問每次都是優惠期間訂單較多之類的,打去客服才知道書還沒出貨,因為貨不夠,訂個書要花2個月的時間才「可能」拿得到,第一次看見這種效率。 結論: 1. 很會開空頭支票,但又出不了貨,只會讓訂購者乾等 2. 有問題也不會事先告知,一副你沒問就不關我的事一樣 3. 客服人員的態度需要大大大大加強 下次絕對不會再跟志光出版社訂書了,不管是公司的態度還是效率,都非常令人失望,希望以後能改進,不要再造成別人困擾了。

非常糟糕的經驗,連一顆星都不想給 上星期五訂購2本書 星期二下午打來跟我說某本書封面沒了要換,我說好的,感謝告知。 星期三早上又打一通說另一本書封面也沒了要更換,好ok。 已經過了這麼多天還沒處理好訂單也還沒寄出書本,叫客人匯錢都很快,處理就三天三夜? 星期三下午打來說其中一本沒有貨了且停產了之後會翻新,excuse me?可以一次講完嗎? 害我浪費時間金錢打電話回去問情況??? 根本在耍人,莫名其妙的公司 真的是非常爛的經驗,訂2本書搞成這樣真的無言以對,非常沒有效率,客服也只會說不好意思, 完全無法解決問題! 後來決定全部退掉,要求退款 以後絕對不會透過志光網路書局買書 真的是非常糟糕的公司!
