蛋花湯的蛋很軟綿。
滷味的海帶有點脆的口感是我喜歡的，硬的豆皮(不知道正確名稱)口感也很有嚼勁，東西都滿入味的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前在新興路口搬到仁慈街已有30年以上歷史，麵很小碗很貴但很好吃，湯也很有味道、但滷味硬梆梆的不好吃。
I used to move to Renci Street at Xinxing Road for more than 30 years. The noodles were small and expensive but delicious. The soup was also very flavorful, but the lo-mei was hard and not tasty.

ローカルで素朴な麺屋さん
行った時たまたまかもしれませんが、麺の硬さや塩加減などのバランスが良いと感じました。
滷味は硬めの豆干、ミルフィーユみたいに何層にも重ねてある豆干を食べましたが、噛みごたえある食感と素朴な味が良いなと思いました。
麺は味の調整に少し辛いラー油(店のオリジナルかな？)を垂らして混ぜても美味しかったです。
汁なし麺についてくる清湯(スープ)も、塩加減がちょうど良くて、何でかとても美味しく感じました。
私に合う麺屋さんかも✌️?
