★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很精典的鍋貼，底部煎的"恰恰"，內餡的菜肉比例恰到好處，皮的口感也不錯，有高麗菜和韮菜兩種口味。另外有一道蔥蛋，不在菜單上，我的隱藏版美食。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上約7點半去永華店買回家吃，鍋貼蠻大一個，但是不知道為什麼吃起來很空虛（？）仔細看內餡，肉很少，因為太少又太細，吃起來沒有肉的口感，基本上都是高麗菜末+冬粉，整體內餡偏軟爛，咬下去會整個散開（不知道是不是今天阿姨比較累?），不是紮實的餡料，因為我自己比較喜歡吃到紮實不要散開的內餡，所以不覺得一顆6元有值這個價錢喔！?但整體味道還不錯～外皮也是我喜歡的脆硬薄皮?～偶爾想吃鍋貼可以吃！
