★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 進門站在櫃檯前好幾分鐘，完全沒人主動上前主動招呼或詢問要什麼服務。這是家要自己到旁邊坐下，等她們有人問，客人自己告知前後順序時才有人理你的店。等了一小時多，終於被安排座位，又等約20分被安排洗髮，設計師來打招呼問一下（順便推銷），又等約半小時，在我之後客人都有設計師服務了，我還在等……最後乾脆取消剪髮，才來設計師吹髮。前後約2小時……離開後只想著如何快點把洗髮卡上剩下的次數用完。
