紅燒則味重蓋過了牛肉的鮮甜，雖然湯也不錯，遜於清燉。

炙燒牛小排牛肉麵（清燉）很抱歉不喜歡這樣的結合方式，加價但沒加分。

在牛肉麵店吃燕麥粥實在很怪，但拗不過好奇心還是點了，牛肉雖嫩但粥偏鹹，無甚特別外觀賣相也不討喜，非常不推。

Eating oatmeal in a beef noodle shop is really weird, but I still ordered it because of my curiosity. Although the beef is tender, the porridge is salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了一份紅燒半筋半肉牛肉麵，牛肉沒有預期中的軟嫩，但是不會柴，還是很好吃的，紅燒的湯頭也不會太鹹，很合我的胃口。半筋半肉的筋的部分也不會咬不動，整體而言非常好吃，如果有機會再回來台南，會想再來吃一次！

帶小朋友來用餐的還真不少組，所以應該有其吸引小家庭來光顧的誘因。
滷菜是切好擺盤放冰箱，所以吃到的豬耳朵即便切得夠薄，但口感還是有點偏乾。
紅燒跟榨菜菲力肉塊不僅體積變小，數量也只有四塊，稍嫌單薄。
