高麗菜煎包份量足夠,但是附的東成醬油太鹹,建議改比較低鹽的!

煎餃的大小跟一般賣的水餃一樣大,只吃10顆就有飽足感 且麵皮煎得有點"恰恰",餡料裡的肉汁跟菜汁香氣,讓人想一再回味!

煎包的話,個人覺得口味上較淡,雖然個頭大,但麵皮也偏厚,我反而比較推煎餃,雖然價格略有調漲,但仍是午餐不錯的選擇

午刻來「丼飯味鳥」外帶4份餐(2份炸鱈魚塔塔醬2份炸牛肉生菜飯),請老闆將食材平均分配。等待中看隔壁攤葉家在製作碗粿,勾起兒時童年回憶………兒時家中也製作碗粿販賣,順帶上一碗碗粿與4份「味鳥丼飯」便當,拎至大學同學家一起享用。 葉家碗粿屬偏白粿,碗粿底僅放不到1/4滷蛋及微些肉燥,少了香菇、火燒蝦、肉塊,雖然食材很陽春,但碗粿口感蠻Q彈,鹹香味十足,價格很平價,在當地經營10來年之久,也算是當地早午餐店。
