湯頭的部分屬於比較牛骨原味的湯，不是像台南有些比較有甜味的湯頭。
唯一美中不足的部份是稍微有一點點羶味。

150牛肉湯湯頭可以，肉有點薄導致牛肉太熟，下次應該可切厚一些。

Friendly owner. Beef soup is impeccable, the soup tastes light but not flavorless, and the beef itself is good too. Rice is normal but free.
