麻醬はサラッとして薄めなので、麺を多めにぐりぐりと混ぜないと、なかなか絡みません。麺は見た目安っぽい細くてぴらぴらですが、茹で加減は、まずまず。麻醬の濃いさもまあ普通。餛飩は５つほど入っていて、皮のモチモチ感や餡の肉質、うまみもいたって普通。総じて可もなく不可もない印象。特徴的なのは、飼っているインコ？オウム？がずっとつぶやいていることでしょうか。声のボリューム大きくないし、店内飛び回っているわけでもないので、食事の支障になることはありません。
店内各テーブルにある所定メニュー表より注文。料金後払いです。
