Please be careful about the design contract of this company, which is to dig a big hole in the construction contract. I took a budget of 2,000,000 and signed with them about 240,000. As a result, they quoted a large opening of 5,300,000 (excluding air-conditioning furniture, tiles, curtains, chandeliers, the bathroom builder has completed, and the kitchen builder is also attached). The first quotation did not give any material at all. Later, it was found that many materials were very poor. No marble was used in the 5,300,000, and the cheapest color crystal plate was used. Since I bought the tiles myself from abroad, I asked them to calculate and found that the number was reduced by two-thirds, because this company will invite many small designers to help you. Then they calculate the wrong tiles, and you will not have enough tiles, and they will choke you and say that you can't calculate it yourself? If the construction contract does not ask them to do this part of the tiles they will not be responsible. Then I found out that many of the dimensions in the design contract are wrong, so you can't use their design contract to find the next company to do it.
