1千元肩頸10分鐘腳40分鐘身30分鐘，但按完腳腳輕鬆多了，身體說要加強腰，短短的30分鐘把我的腰按到鬆開一點都不感覺到酸了。
身材體胖的我，幾少數人可以按我按的鬆開舒服，真的值得推薦。真的??
