★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來台南玩了N次，吃過不少沙茶火鍋與溫體牛火鍋，但這一間特別令人驚艷，一樣火鍋料就是比別人好吃，同樣賣一份牛肉鍋，但份量就是比其他家還要豐富，除了基本的菜盤和火鍋料外，居然還有蝦、透抽與豬肝，整個C P值爆表。
雖然是一般冷凍牛肉，但鮮嫩度不減，溫體豬肉應該是這家店的本體，肉質鮮甜真的非常激推。另外一大包豬皮也才50，吸飽了用大骨魷魚扁魚熬的湯頭，真的爽度十足。
另外一個亮點就是店家的特製沙茶醬，香氣淡雅而不刺激，走的是一種溫順的路線，不同於其他知名沙茶爐，吃多了會有油膩感，難怪廣受在地人歡迎，很容易就客滿。

Although it is general frozen beef, the tenderness is not reduced. Warm pork should be the main body of this store. The fresh and sweet meat is really very exciting. Another big bag of pork rind is only 50. It is really refreshing after soaking up the soup made with big bone squid and flat fish.
Another highlight is the store's special sand tea sauce, which has an elegant but not irritating aroma. It takes a docile route. Unlike other well-known sand tea stoves, it will feel greasy after eating too much. No wonder it is widely welcomed by local people. Just full.
