先謝謝接電話的小姐幫忙趕去處理這次維修的意外事件 但說寄出通知妳們的也是貴公司 打去了跟我說收到再來講現在講這麼多都沒有用? 維修後13號宅配通寄出16號收到 我剛好人不在台北也沒收到你們打來告知維修結果的電話我怎麼會知道你什麼時候寄出? 19號拆開就已經是這樣了 、一堆的蜂蜜? 然後你們維修後寄出就一條膠帶+束帶 ? 真的是浪費你我的時間也浪費我的錢又要再寄回去請你們檢測 麻煩你們既然要有保固就不要怕包裝好 這樣寄來寄去 就算修好也都又撞壞了好嗎 消費者打去詢問維修也請貴公司的教育訓練做好可以嗎 叫消費者在箱內寫寄回地址跟聯絡電話 結果根本沒在看!

家裏裡有台萬國牌電鍋用了5年有點感情,丟掉有又捨不得,看到網路評價有些負評所以一直不敢拿去修,上星期休假想説拿去試試不行就算了,想不到廠商很熱心而且幫我修好了,只是小零鍵件壞了,真是太感謝了。最後還用檸檬酸幫我清洗電鍋,家人還以為我買新的~ 小結論: 之前看東西都習慣先看評論,而且習慣先看差評,後來發覺其時很多都是個人觀感,尤其是情緒。稍有不滿就給負評,感覺自己開心就好,其實對整個社會的殺傷力確是很大。
