★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蔡桑的滷味真的厲害，刀工了得，擺盤華麗連外帶都很工整；重點是真的很好吃！還有個很厲害的東西是一份10元的特製辣椒，太對味了?，自製辣油也很棒。裡頭很多客人一個人去吃點一小碗麵，卻是一大盤滷味！讓人印象深刻。
