★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個是有地下室的大樓住家，沒有電梯，有地下室各人車位，和公共機車位，有小套房，有中套房和大公寓，2個管理員值班。晚上7點上班到隔天中午12點下班，中間沒有管理員，有監視器，住戶可以將垃圾放前面垃圾桶，管理員會收信件和丟垃圾。已經有37年以上的建築地下室大樓，中庭有種樹。
 This is a home in a building with a basement, no elevator, there are parking spaces for each person in the basement, and public locomotive spaces, there are small suites, there are middle suites and large apartments, and 2 administrators are on duty. I go to work from 7pm to 12 noon the next day. There is no administrator in the middle and there are monitors. Residents can put garbage in the front trash can, and the administrator will collect letters and throw out garbage. There has been a basement building for more than 37 years, with trees planted in the atrium.
