對於煎餅果子,有莫名其妙的嚮往,雖然沒有去過原產地吃過,但youtube影片都看了不下數個,縱使不知道吃起來口感,但至少整個製作過程與材料,都看過。 知道台南有煎餅果子很開心,也去吃過不少次。 好,我知道到台灣來,總會要符合台灣口味所以有所調整。 我去貴店吃至少五次,每次去真讓我都有不同想法 第二次去發現,用鍋蓋蓋住煎餅了 (我真沒看過這樣做法,好吧我知道是為了讓他快熟,但這樣不會有水氣,進而讓餅更濕嗎?) 然後再去,這次是把餅皮先煎起來了,有人點時,再丟回去加熱,這是煎餅果子嗎?這又再次衝擊我,煎餅果子不是在煎台上現做好,包好,然後拿給客人嗎,老闆若覺得煎台上熱,沒辦法包,拿去工作台包,我也沒話說,但先做好餅,在等客人點時加熱,這還是讓我真矇了。只能說台南沒有煎餅果子,所以我再去吃了。 過完年去吃,價格漲了,好沒關係,但是薄脆變成碎末了,這是什麼一回事?就連在美國賣的煎餅果子,薄脆也沒碎成像台南這樣。這樣哪來口感? 好了,老闆你讓我真的不會再去了,你背後的煎餅果子由來還貼著,你改良到最後真的還是你背後看板所說的那個嗎? 醬也不是傳統醬,我想只是普通醬油膏,煎餅果子的另外主角薄脆卻變成碎末,這才是最重的打擊,你漲了價,卻出來更糟糕的東西。我也覺得你不用再叫煎餅果子,你直接叫蛋餅就好。

老闆待客親切,煎餅餜子第一次吃,與網路上所看到的有些不同,感覺上已改成臺灣口味與店家自己研發的做法;但不失為一份有份量的點心。醬油膏吃起來稍鹹,不喜歡重口味的人要先提醒老闆下手輕一點。
