Y	Ya Wen Tsai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到店面預約組裝家中燈具，因時間沒有空檔，店家允諾隔週會電話通知後再來組裝，怎知道隔週接到電話，說已經在家門口等，口氣十分不耐煩。再電訪店家，表示沒有接到預約時間的來電，店家也是很不耐煩的答覆不清楚流程會再處理.... 下次安裝燈具不會再去找這家店了⋯ I went to the store to make an appointment to assemble the lamps in the home. Because there was no time available, the store promised to call the phone every other week to assemble again. How did I know that I received a call every other week and said that I had already waited at the door of the house and was very impatient. I visited the store again and said that I did not receive the call at the appointment time. The store was also very impatient and answered that the process was not clear .... I won't go to this store again next time I install lamps ...

詹	詹阿花 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本約好端午節早上要來安裝，禮拜三老闆娘打來問說能不能改禮拜四，家裡有事而且太趕故沒有答應，結果禮拜五在家裡等不到師傅，才知道店家沒有提醒師傅要來安裝，店家自己忘記了，氣急敗壞的我們打給店家，店家只一直說是他們的疏失，但也沒實質要再替我們尋求協助，因為店家覺得我們口氣很差，甚至直接掛電話，然後說不接我們的單也沒差！！我就想問，我們消費者做錯了什麼，要這樣看你們的臉色，為了要安排裝燈，家裡有身心障礙的人也要配合，環境還要整理，你說不來就不來，難道道歉就等於沒責任了嗎？！你們單很多師傅很忙，但請不要怪在消費者身上，接不起單就不要勉強，你們強調辛苦賺錢，你們賣燈這麼久沒看過我們態度這麼差的，那你們自己有檢討了嗎？！只會一直說是為了我們著想才改禮拜四，然後我們不要是我們的錯囉？你們自己忘記怎麼不是行政作業的疏失？我們消費者也是拿辛苦賺的錢去買燈，凡事要講道理，以前我們家買燈都找這間，我想之後沒必要了，只能自認倒楣～ Ps.因為家裡壞掉的燈已經搖搖欲墜，實在無法等到迦X說還要等到下禮拜五才有空，而且嗆說「你們要不要來看我們的單已經滿到下禮拜五了啊」（訂的兩組燈具+燈泡8100元，迦Xㄧ元都沒少算，還是被你們賺了），不得已之下，當天我只好自己google找到了另一個態度很好也很專業的師傅願意幫我裝燈，裝兩盞多花了1200元，這些錢也不用期待店家會幫消費者吸收，反正他們都沒責任就是了！
