★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big activity center of two neighborhoods! It locates beside the street and the park. The wide hall on the ground floor provides a good venue for various events. Public facilities like restroom or water fountain are well maintained. It is an excellent place to rent for large amount of people as it is spacious inside. Parking is not too difficult here. Having such good building by the park is really a welfare for the resident!
