老闆曾姐個性很乾脆爽朗, 大陸團都是親自帶團,會自費供應團員水果吃, 旅遊期間遇有團員生日,也會購買生日蛋糕慶賀; 長途的歐美團, 都會很貼心幫各團員準備一包點心, 以備在機上享用。 許多人因此成為忠實客戶。

105.8月本人首度參加千景北國極地19日23萬 團費的行程,此行是千景首發該行程(踩線團), 老闆曾台英親自帶團。途中屢次發生狀況(如: 1.曾老闆不尊重當地導遊解說臨時換人, 2.曾老闆不滿午餐飯店安排,全團餓肚子在烈日 中遊走街頭3小時, 3.曾老闆不滿當地導遊推銷自費行程,自行連絡 別家小巴接駁,導致團員被困車內3小時無法 走行程,不聽導遊解釋堅持到景點,卻已過時 無法入內參觀 4.住宿飯店地板龜裂,潮濕發霉,沒訂早餐… 5.搭乘直昇機看火山口,曾老闆自己未佔到窗口 位置無法拍照,大聲怒吼團員要輪流座位 6.回程飛機票價未含行李費用,導致團員奔波 check-in,無法購買機場免稅商品 7.曾老闆英文能力不足,無法為當地導遊作適時 翻譯,團員代為轉述外國導遊話語時,曾老闆 諷刺說該團員在當領隊 8.19天行程中,諸多事件無法一一贅述 回到香港機場,曾老闆將行程中所有事件,歸罪為海参威代辦旅行社的錯誤,僅僅每人退款3000台元,以表歉意。 本人回台後親自到千景公司,退回3000元,並表達不滿曾老闆的道歉處置,曾老闆允諾將與海参威旅行社訴訟後,再與本人作處理。至今已過數年卻毫無聯繫~
