滷味口感好，
自炸豬油和辣油讓麵條及滷味大大加分。
還有一款辣椒油，純辣，是很用心的佐料。
酸菜切得很細，吃不出酸味，比較偏向吃口感，真的不錯！ 有水準！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很喜歡看著老闆切滷味的樣子。那把有歲月痕跡的刀無堅不摧；入味的豆干、滑口的海帶每次必點，職人的刀工、特製的新鮮辣椒沾醬，原始的味道令人情不自禁多沾幾下，很想拿多一點回去，又怕別人認為我們貪小便宜...真是太好的沾醬別誤會。下酒拌飯都合適。
 I love watching the boss cut the lo mein. The knife with the traces of time is indestructible; the delicious dried bean curd and the smooth seaweed must be ordered every time, the craftsman's knife craftsmanship, the special fresh chili sauce, the original taste can't help but dip a few more times, I really want to get more When I go back, I am afraid that others will think that we are greedy for petty cheap... It's a good dip, don't get me wrong. It is suitable for drinking and bibimbap.

但還是很好吃，每回臺南必訪。
滷菜有獨特香味，記得要點～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家巷內麵店，客人總是絡繹不絕，我個人偏好中條麵條，煮麵跟切滷菜的不同人，切滷菜的好厲害，唸一大串他都記得住，切又快，滷味也好吃，再配上清湯一碗，實在滿足，只是巷子狹小，車有時多，不方便停車，雖然店內沒冷氣，不過也不至於熱到不行，這麵店算是我蠻喜歡的麵店之一了。

滷味攤是非常傳統櫥窗形式的
老闆非常可愛，會直接用記的（但有時候會忘記一些?）
最愛它們家的麻醬麵（麵條有分粗、細）
依照個人喜愛選擇（粗的麵條老闆都會煮比較軟，若是不喜歡吃太軟，記得跟老闆提早說）
獨門辣椒水，味道也是非常特別?
真心推薦這家麵店??
Delicious, traditional noodle stall, reminiscent of childhood!

I love their sesame sauce noodles (the noodles are divided into thick and thin)
Choose according to personal preference (thick noodles will be cooked softer by the boss, if you don’t like it too soft, remember to tell the boss in advance)
